Return & Exchange Policy

1. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges
You may return or exchange your item(s) within 14 days of receiving your order if:
- The item is unused, unworn, and in its original packaging.
- All original tags and labels are attached.
- The product is not a final sale or clearance item.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Items marked as "Final Sale".
- Underwear, swimwear, or intimate items for hygiene reasons.
- Gift cards and promotional items.
3. Process for Returns
To initiate a return:
- Contact our support team at info@hardcurrency.ca with your order number.
- Ship the item(s) back to our return address provided by our team.
- Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-10 business days.
4. Exchanges
If you wish to exchange an item for a different size or color:
- Contact us within 14 days of delivery.
- We will hold your desired replacement item (subject to availability).
- Exchanges will be shipped once we receive your original item.
5. Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product was defective or incorrect. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
